Have you ever tried to sprinkle chia seeds on your salad only to find that they all fall to the bottom of your salad bowl? I definitely have! So I thought of a solution: goat cheese and chia balls. They're delicious and add a little something decadent (along with more nutrients) to your everyday green salad!
Method:
Form small goat cheese balls
Roll in chia seeds
