I love this banana bread recipe because it doesn’t have any
added sugar or butter. And it still tastes sweet from the honey!
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 overripe bananas mashed
3/4 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons organic finely ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 cup honey

Mix the dry ingredients first. Then add the banana, milk, and honey. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit.
